Deanna Roumimper
In my position of Executive Assistant to Chief Information Officer, I was responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for not only the Tribal Administration CIO, but multiple Directors and managers of the various departments. My responsibilities included complex calendar management, extensive travel coordination, meeting planning as well as purchasing and budgeting. I was also responsible for coordinating and organizing many major community events that required an intricate knowledge of public affairs and media relations. This is just a glimpse of the work I have done for years for Construction, Developers and other Businesses.
I have realized over the course of my career, I have worn many different types of hats depending on the tasks needed of me. I have worked in HR, AP, building employee relations, creating a learning and mentoring internship for young administrative assistants. Project Management, Event Planning to name a few. I am a valuable asset because I have been in the industry a long time and have experience with most things that come up in business and what I do not know, I have no problems researching, asking questions, connecting people with the anwsers or skills needed for the clients request.
After 25+ years in the business world, I decided that I wanted to work from home but still be apart of helping a community of entrepreneurs that would allow me to utilize my skills and knowledge to help them elevate their businesses. I have my own event planning/wedding planning business that I have been doing for the past 28 years and enjoy doing events a few times a year.
