Stephanie began working as an executive assistant 20+ years ago, for companies like McKinsey & Company, Google, Facebook, and Sony. She quickly came to the realization that when she did her job well, it directly resulted in her executives being successful, as they now had space to create, lead and grow. Seeing the opportunity to bring this support to small business owners, Stephanie founded Exec Wranglers to inspire entrepreneurs to scale and use their precious time on what excites them about their business. Happy Past & Present Clients

  • Exec Wrangers has assembled a highly impressive team who work efficiently and strategically on every assignment. They have helped me with a variety of tasks including powerpoint presentation design, external meeting communications, expense reporting and more. The best part is that I can completely trust the Exec Wranglers team to represent me professionally with internal and external stakeholders. I feel lucky to have them on our team!

  • Exec Wranglers has been so invaluable to the growth of my business. When I first started working with Steph & her team, I was standing in my own way and spending way too much time on activities that didn't lead to revenue. As soon as I started moving my scheduling off my plate, my business began to flourish. Now my team and I can focus our energy completely towards growing & serving our clients, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that our admin & operations are being expertly handled by Exec Wranglers.

  • I started using Exec Wranglers for a few hours a week and quickly went to fifteen. I discovered that I was so much more productive and it was well worth the additional investment. Stephanie has now become such a strategic partner in my business that I no longer even think of her virtual. She and the Exec Wranglers team have provided a refreshing experience, and become an extended part of our team—and a highly valuable one at that.

  • I have worked with Stephanie since 2009 and I credit her with a large portion of the success I have achieved in that timeframe. Stephanie's organizational skills and agility at the C-level are far superior to any executive assistant I've worked with. She is also an incredible events planner; I would trust her to plan everything from a small team building event to a multi-day event with thousands of people in attendance. I have since retired but if I were ever in the position to work with Stephanie again I would not hesitate. She is the single most valuable business partner I have worked with in my entire career.

  • We had acquired 5 hair salon locations and were overwhelmed with a lot of details to manage. We reached out to Stephanie at Exec Wranglers to help assist us. Stephanie stepped right in and we found her to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a great support at a very fair price.  We would highly recommend Exec Wranglers if you are looking for someone to help with your business.
