Stephanie Fritts

Founder & Chief Exec Wrangler

Over 20 years ago, Stephanie began working as an executive assistant for Silicon Valley companies like McKinsey & Company, Google, Facebook and Sony. She quickly realized that her work eliminating executives' administrative worries directly contributed to their success. After moving to the Austin, Texas area, she was afforded the opportunity to work remotely - and she was hooked. Suddenly she was able to have the work-life harmony that was elusive in Silicon Valley. Seeing the opportunity to bring this virtual support to small business owners, Stephanie founded Exec Wranglers to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses and free up their precious time, allowing them to work in their "zone of genius" and find their own work-life harmony.

When Stephanie isn't helping small businesses, she's rescuing dogs. Stephanie co-founded Final Frontier Rescue Project, whose founding belief is that every dog deserves a chance to become the loving family member they were bred to be. Final Frontier rescues dogs from local Austin shelters that, through no fault of their own, end up on the kill list - whether it's for behavior, space or both. They provide these dogs with the training and care they need to give them that chance. Stephanie and her amazing team also donate their administrative time and talents to this amazing organization.

Last, but certainly not least, Stephanie is also a single mom of one amazing teenage boy & 3 dogs, and an avid music lover. She is particularly fond of Austin's live music scene, attending upwards of 20 shows each year. Stephanie also enjoys entertaining in her home, often blending her love of music by featuring a local band at her events. She feels extremely grateful to be living her dream through giving back by serving entrepreneurs and dogs in need.
