Exec Wranglers is made up of highly talented individuals, all curated and vetted by our Chief Exec Wrangler, who specialize in tasks such as calendar management, travel planning, data entry, online research, light bookkeeping, marketing and digital support, business operations strategy and more.

Claire Mumford

Nothing excites Claire more than her passion for organization and efficiency. She has put these skills to use with her background of data entry, social media management, SEO and over 6 years of customer service experience. Claire is extremely detail oriented and a fast-learner, able to adjust quickly and work efficiently with whatever task comes her way. In all aspects of her life, work included, her mission is helping others succeed. Claire loves playing board games, the outdoors and all things astrology. In her free time, you can find her going for long walks around LA or listening to podcasts with a cup of tea.

Elena (Ele) Hutt

Ele is a natural-born problem solver with a mix of creative and strategic mindset. She has more than 10 years of experience in the marketing industry. Her biggest passion is to transform businesses into unforgettable brands by helping them clarify their message, tell authentic stories, and develop a strategy to magnetize their ideal clients. Throughout her work experience, she’s acquired a broad knowledge across multiple sectors, including hospitality, film, lifestyle, wellness, tech, travel & personal development. Still, her passion is all things branding and storytelling. She’s a proud Latina and mom of a 12-year-old boy, her travel buddy since they love to discover new places and countries whenever they can. She’s also a yoga teacher, a breakthrough coach, and a foodie. Areas of expertise: Creativity, Branding, Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, Storytelling, Marketing, and Copywriting.

Lori Butina

Lori is passionate about creative problem-solving and has a strong background in project management. She strives to find unique solutions, but with a laser-focus on results. Lori is always willing to jump in to do whatever needs done to complete a job or task – she’s experienced, but humble enough to do any task. She also has excellent communication skills, is able to empathize, get to the root of the issue and leaves her clients feeling heard and confident that she will resolve any issue. In her spare time you’ll find her hiking, reading, practicing yoga, biking or listening to live music!

Miriam Rieck

Miriam is an experienced Renaissance woman and self-proclaimed “getter doner”. She has been in Business Administration in many industries and carries a skill set of work and life experiences that make her…well a human unicorn. She is a writer, award winning photographer, newsletter editor. If it is new, she will want to learn it. She loves making your life efficient and being of service. She is charming and claims that she can talk to a brick wall, but feels her voice works better with her plants and her new fur baby…Blu. Off-time hobbies are publishing her photos and essays on Instagram and reading (romance novels are her guilty pleasure). She also enjoys camping, road trips and traveling.

Misty Boland

Misty has over 12 years experience as office manager with companies ranging from construction companies to legal companies. Misty understands the complexity of confidentiality. She has worked on several projects and enjoys a challenge. Misty also serves on several non-profit boards for the community and experience with fundraising. In Mistys spare time she is a wife and mother to 3 rambunctious boys who keeps her on her toes. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband at their family lake house. Misty is always up for a challenge!!

Natalie Schobert

Natalie is an experienced Customer Service Associate and Virtual Administrative Assistant. She has been praised as a go-getter and for being a “bulldog” in the Virtual Assistant industry. She holds a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Communications and Design Studies from Arizona State University. She also has certifications in Email Management for Virtual Assistants and 30 Days or Less to Virtual Assistant Success. She is determined, perseveres in every task, and enjoys saving time for other people. In her free time, she loves to be with her dog, read, volunteer, and watch movies. 

Sue Wichrowski

Sue Wichrowski has been wrangling at accounting and administrative tasks for some time. Nothing excites her more than helping people succeed and watching them grow. She lights up at the chance to use her creativity by designing social media posts or finding the needle in the haystack of your books! She is married to the love of her life and lives in Connecticut with her German Shepherd, Mystic and foster dogs. In her spare time, she loves to volunteer with her pup visiting hospice patients as a therapy team, run her pet care business and spend time outdoors with her family.

Shaina Ramos

Shaina has 15 years of Executive Assistant experience, both in small and large corporations. She has been praised for her time-management skills and can-do, optimistic attitude. In addition to being an expert at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing travel arrangements, she has also developed the ability to anticipate roadblocks and create effective alternative plans. Shaina’s ability to work independently is another amazing asset, allowing clients to confidently focus on the needs of their business. When Shaina is not working as a Virtual Assistant, you will find her organizing other’s homes. She founded H.O.M.E. by Shay, Home Organization Made Easy, a Professional Organizing company. She helps busy moms organize their homes so that they have more time for their families. She also enjoys running and is an avid reader! She resides in NY with her loving husband, sassy one year old, 8 & 10 year old bonus children and sweet Labrador retriever.

 

 

Tabitha Cardey

After many years working in the medical field as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, Tabitha decided to start a new path to allow more freedom to stay home with her kids (and dogs, of course). She knew she loved working with people and began a path of community management for high-traffic social media groups where she gained a wealth of knowledge in social media management, digital marketing, website design and more. Tabitha also has a passion for crafting and creates unique home decor, and she brings a creative flair to wrangling any project.
