I am a master of "calendar Tetris" to wrangle the daily appointments for Executive Level clients to ensure a more efficient workflow and overall best use of time management. I enjoy handling the day-to-day including tracking/recording expenses, travel arrangements, accommodations, inbox management, etc. Special research projects are my forte, which often entail data input and competitive type analysis research, business development prospects, etc—planning business events and meetings that sometimes require catering needs or accommodations.
I am here to make your life easier, to take the things off your plate that can free up large blocks of time that you can utilize for work purposes and focus on your workload, essentially the business itself. Serving as your gatekeeper and reinforcing your boundaries when it comes to overall communication with others, alleviating those tasks from you directly which impacts time management that better serves your needs and the business, is where I excel. Making sure things are in order and maintained on a regular basis is my focus, so to keep life "status quo" so to speak, and to prevent any type of professional burnout.
When I am not working you will find me with my family, tackling every adventure that comes my way with my 5-year-old son who keeps me on my toes in an ever-constant flow of "go, go, go" which I LOVE! The beach is my happy place and I am fortunate enough to live right by the shore, swimming and being outdoors are my favorite pastimes. I've been a freelance bridal makeup artist for several years, there is something about makeup that is magical, and seeing the smiles on my client's faces when done is priceless, though as of late I have "hung up my brushes" since the pandemic, so I stick to my own makeup still for fun.
